Heraklion airport VIP service and lounge

Loved being taken to the lounge personally and also to the flight. Really good, quick service. A good amount of food and drinks there. There were seats for everyone. It's a shame there aren't toilets in the VIP lounge. For some reason, our flight never showed up on the departures board so I had to keep asking the person working there. All in all, a good service we would use again.

Never got our allocated time food was not very good dried sandwiches not nice .Drinks were a lot better but never really had chance to make the most of them

We were kept outside for 30 mins outside after the bus dropped us off surrounded by smokers as the check in was not open. We finally got to check in at 8.40pm and once we cleared security it was a long walk to the lounge and arrived at 9pm. The food offering was poor and the seating was uncomfortable. No decent toilets within the lounge only very poor airport ones a couple of minutes walk away. Staff came for us at 9.30 to board. Wine left as no time to finish. 30 mins in lounge for 108€, poor!

Was sold an easy airport experience but solid a camel. Arrived at the airport 750 pm had to wait till 830pm to go to check in. Didn’t get to the lounge till 855pm. Picked up from lounge at 930 pm. Whole experience was not worth the money I paid. Absolutely a waste of my money. Whole TUI holiday brilliant to thi point.

Food poor, seats uncomfortable. Staff can be rude. Positives are fast security and for those with airport assistance, can be a better place to rest before flight

First class service from meeting outside terminal building, check in & bag drop, lounge & passport control. Definitely felt like a VIP.
