On this visit you will have the opportunity to see the two great monuments of Córdoba: The Alcázar of the Christian Kings, and the Cathedral Mosque.
The Alcázar is one of the city's landmarks and was the residence of the kings since the 14th century when they visited Córdoba, in addition to having been the headquarters of the Inquisition in this city. During this visit you will have the opportunity to walk through its incredible gardens and admire the impressive architectural structure of the building.
Important information: due to the closure of the Alcazar for restoration works, the gardens and the Caliph Baths will be visited (from 2 July to 12 September).
The Cathedral Mosque is one of the most impressive monuments in the world and perhaps the most representative of Córdoba and its history. You will visit its interior where you can admire the wonderful columns, and then see the famous Patios de los Naranjos, the oratory of the ancient Umayyad mosque.
