What to expect

Benidorm is the tourist destination par excellence in the province of Alicante, but you can discover other unique places in the surrounding area.

First stop Guadalest. You will leave aside the blue of the sea to marvel at the colors of the Guadalest Reservoir, the main protagonist of this area.

The town has been declared a historical site and an Asset of Cultural Interest for its rich heritage. Enjoy a walking tour with the expert guide to learn about the most relevant places and historical data and, then, you will have free time to enjoy the city's museums.

Halfway between the sea and the mountains is the quiet town of Altea. If you are looking for Mediterranean essence, it offers you six km of coastline, among which its coves and stone beaches stand out.

There is no postcard worth its salt that ignores the great dome of the Church of Consuelo, a key point in the old town of Altea. With the white houses, the cobbled streets and the blue tones of the sea appearing in every nook and cranny, a walk through Altea is a gift. You'll explore its streets on a guided walking tour before having free time for lunch and continue discovering it at your own pace.

In the last part of the excursion we will visit the Fuentes del Algar, a fascinating natural area made up of spectacular waterfalls that provide great biodiversity to the environment. You will have free to take a bath and enjoy this place however you want.

Day at Sea

A blissful day at sea to blow all the cobwebs away. You'll cruise out following the rugged coastline of Costa Blanca all the way to a secluded cove where we'll drop anchor and while away the hours on a beach far away from the crowds.We'll cast off into the shimmering blue seas of the Mediterranean, passing pristine coves, steep cliffs and sweeping bays along the way. Your experienced crew will handle everything so all you need to do is find your idyllic spot on the boat, sit back and soak up the atmosphere and sunshine.Once your captain has found the perfect spot, we'll drop anchor in one of the stunning coves where only peace and tranquillity are on the agenda. You'll spend a few hours swimming, sunbathing whilst your crew prepares a paella onboard. Tuck into lunch before heading back to dry land.

La Fira de Sant Miquel – or St Michael's Fair – is an annual celebration in many parts of Spain, and on this tour, you'll head to the rural town of Benifato to see how they mark the event. There'll be stalls, workshops, music and more. On top of that, you'll also visit the village of Guadalest.Nestled in the mountains, Benifato is a quintessential Valencian village, with no more than a few hundred inhabitants. But for one weekend a year, the town comes alive with markets, workshops and performances. Browse stalls selling everything from handcrafted souvenirs to local artisan products, topped off with mouthwatering street food and exhibitions – there's even demonstrations for the kids to get involved.After your fix of Spanish festivities, it's onto Guadalest - the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca. Altea Fireworks

Experience the magic of Altea's ‘Castell de l'Olla', a spectacular combination of music and fireworks, reflecting vibrant colours on the bay's waters. Celebrated every August, this tradition dating back decades originated from a tribute to a local pyrotechnician known as 'Uncle Blai, the rocketer', and has grown into a major Mediterranean event, attracting more than 70,000 onlookers. Months of preparation go into preparing the show, which covers a 'screen' of night sky up to 600 metres wide. Endorsed by UNESCO, this spectacle is launched entirely from the sea – enhancing the view from the coastline. We'll pick you up and bring to Altea, where you'll have free time to savour the party atmosphere.
