The experience lasts for approximately three hours and begins with a welcome drink upon arrival. Please check in 30 minutes before departure at Ocean Quest shop 29 located between Destiny clothes shop and O'Neills Bar at Marina de Vilamoura. Or at Ocean Quest kiosk 14 located at the very end of the marina, by the Domes Lake Resort Hotel.

Please note, entering the cave can not be guaranteed; it depends on the sea conditions and notifications from the authorities (the local captaincy and maritime police). Safety is always the main priority
Please always provide your contact details upon booking, so the local operator can contact you in case of alterations due to sea conditions
If you or someone in your party is pregnant, please inform the local operator. The local operator's contacts can be found in the voucher after booking
Children under 3 years old can attend for free
There is no guarantee of finding dolphins or any other marine life, as they are wild animals
If the tour is cancelled due to sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date and time will be offered. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be made
The local operator does not hold any responsibility for your personal belongings or electronic equipment whilst aboard one of the vessels
The local operator has the right to refuse boarding to people under the influence of too much alcohol and to stop serving alcohol on board if the safety of the client(s) is at risk. No refund will be given
The minimum drinking age is 18 years
