Krk Island Tour

Croatia's largest island, Krk, will be the focus of this tour from Rijeka. You'll visit Krk Town before boarding a boat over to Košljun to see its 16th century Franciscan Monastery. Connected to the mainland by a bridge, you'll not need to travel far to discover the island of Krk. You'll arrive in Krk Town late morning, where you can stretch your legs with some sightseeing within the town's ancient walls, including the Frankopan castle and Krk Cathedral.Then after a quick break, you'll head over to Punat to catch a boat over to the tiny island of Košljun. It's home to the 16th century Franciscan Monastery, where you can look around the museum and ethnographic artefacts collected for centuries by monks. We'll then head back to Punat by boat to return to your resort.
