The driver will be waiting for you at Parking Kiss & Ride (2 Mikołaja Zyblikiewicza street) in front of the "Zabka" store. Please, arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

What to remember

Important: every guest must carry an ID or passport matching the name and surname provided at checkout which will also be reflected on your museum entrance ticket
The hours you book are tentative and may change, and departures from Krakow may take place in the following hours: 6.00am - 1.00pm
The allowed dimensions of a bag you can take with you are 30x20x10 (A4 size). You will be asked to leave your bigger belongings in the car (they will be locked and supervised by the driver)
Please bear in mind that there are hundreds of tourists visiting the museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible
