Please meet your tour guide with a red jacket, red shirts or red umbrella at the Clock Tower of the Dolmabahce Palace after the security control area.

What to remember

Once booked, you'll need to show your voucher (either printed or on your mobile) to your guide with Istanbul Welcome Card signs after the security check. With your guide, you'll skip the ticket lines and enter Dolmabahce Palace. The security check can take some time (up to about 30 minutes), so please come a bit early. Your guide will give you further tickets, do the highlights of the tour and hand you out the audio guides. The museum officials will ask for an ID as a deposit for the audio guide, you will get your ID when you return the audio guides at the exit
