Your day begins at Molino La Paca, an old olive oil mill that preserves the traditional process of extracting Andalusia’s liquid gold: extra virgin olive oil. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the warmth of a rustic estate surrounded by century-old olive trees.

During the visit, you'll learn about the history of the mill and the meticulous olive oil production process, from the harvesting of olives to their pressing and decanting. You'll get a close-up look at traditional machinery, uncover the secrets of quality olive oil, and, of course, enjoy a tasting of different olive oil varieties, accompanied by artisanal bread and local products.

After the mill visit, you'll head to the charming market in Coín, a benchmark in the region where the authentic Andalusian atmosphere can be felt. Here, you’ll wander through colourful stalls filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, handmade cured meats, cheeses, homemade sweets, and a wide variety of local products. The market also offers a selection of handicrafts, clothing, and traditional utensils, making it the perfect place to find a special souvenir of the visit.
