This trip from Powers Island to Paces Mill is 3.5 miles and will take approximately 1-3 hours including shuttle. The time on the water can vary depending on water levels and how much participants paddle.

What to remember
  • The minimum age for a single ducky is 9 years of age or older
  • The minimum age for double ducky is 5 years of age or older. Children under age 9 must be in a boat with an adult.
  • All minors (17 and under) require the presence of an adult during whitewater activities
  • There must be one adult for every four youth under the age of 11
  • May 28 – September 5: The last shuttle from the take-out will run at 5:30 pm
  • Dress to get wet and wear shoes that will stay on your feet
  • There is a $5 per vehicle National Park Service access fee
