Dominée par le mont Epomeo, Ischia est une petite île montagneuse située au large de la pointe nord de la baie de Naples. Avec ses jardins fleuris, ses villes thermales et ses paysages à couper le souffle, elle permet de délicieuses excursions au départ de Sorrente. Cette balade propose de passer par des routes avec vue, du temps libre pour le déjeuner et un passage aux célèbres jardins de La Mortella.

Nous commencerons cette excursion d'une journée par la traversée en hydroglisseur de Sorrente à Ischia, l'île volcanique. À l'arrivée, vous découvrirez l'île avec une promenade panoramique vers ses points forts. Nous ferons une pause pour le déjeuner avant de reprendre l'excursion.

Dans l'après-midi, nous nous rendrons aux jardins subtropicaux de La Mortella. Créés et entretenus avec amour pendant des décennies par le compositeur anglais William Walton et son épouse argentine, Susana, ils présentent plus de 300 plantes rares et exotiques, ainsi que des statues et des cascades ornées. Découvrez la vue depuis la colline qui donne sur la baie de Forio, puis profitez de temps libre avant de remonter à bord du bateau.
