  • You won't get wet in this activity. A sound bath simply refers to the healing sounds of singing bowls
  • The experience typically lasts an hour, but may extend up to an hour and a half depending on the number of people participating
  • The maximum number of people per session is 14
  • Transport to and from the venue is not provided. The current fare for a Taxi from Santa Maria to Melia Dunas is approximately 5 Euros per trip.
  • Please ask for directions to the YHI Spa (pronounced “E Spa” or “G Spa”) when you arrive at the main reception of the Melia Dunas Hotel.

Remember to bring:

  • For your comfort, wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to relax fully. Avoid tight-fitting or restrictive clothing
