Beschreibung

Kos hat für eine kleine Insel erstaunlich viel Kulturerbe zu bieten. Dieser exklusive Halbtagesausflug nimmt Sie mit auf eine Reise durch die Zeit und erweckt das antike Griechenland zum Leben. Sie beginnen in Kos-Stadt, besuchen dann das historische Asklepeion und beenden den Tag in dem hübschen, auf einem Hügel gelegenen Dorf Zia.

Kos-Stadt ist reich an Geschichte, mit Denkmälern aus der klassischen Antike über die byzantinische und osmanische Zeit bis hin zum Rationalismus der 1930er Jahre. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Tourguide werden Sie durch die Straßen der fotogenen Stadt schlendern und bei einem informativen Spaziergang die Vielfalt der Architektur und der Sehenswürdigkeiten in sich aufsaugen.

Anschließend geht es zu den Ruinen von Asclepeion, die auf einem mit Pinien bewachsenen Hügel liegen und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt Kos und die Türkei bieten. Ihr Tourguide wird Sie über diesen 2.500 Jahre alten „Tempel der Heilung“ aufklären, und anschließend haben Sie Zeit, sich auf eigene Faust umzusehen, bevor Sie nach Zia fahren. Hier können Sie den Streichelzoo besuchen, in den Geschäften stöbern oder ein kühles Getränk in einer Taverne genießen.

    Die Abholung vom Hotel mit luxuriösem Mercedes Minibus hat nicht geklappt, ich musste ein Taxi für 12 € nehmen, dass mich verspätet nach Kos brachte und ich habe die Stadtführung in Kos verpasst. Erst ab 11.00 konnte ich somit am Ausflug teilnehmen. Ich bin Ärztin und somit hätte mich das besonders interessiert! Der Minibusfahrer hat mich nicht mitgenommen!!!!!

    Gefallen hat uns nicht, dass wir 25 Minuten auf den Bus warten mussten, der uns abgeholt hat. Die Zeit in Kos Stadt hätte eine Stunde länger sein können. Der Aufenthalt in Zia war ein Highlight. Trotzdem war es ein toller Ausflug mit einer kompetenten und charmanten Reiseleiterin.

    Die Reiseleiterin war nett und hat alles gut und sehr ausführlich erklärt. Es wurde darauf geachtet, dass die Gruppe vollzählig vor jeder Weiterfahrt. Man hat sich sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

    Leider fehlten die Zeitangaben wiel lange der Ausflug ist, warum man schon um 8.05 abgeholt werden musste , man hatte kaum Zeit zum frühstücken. Der Gudie war super gewesen bisschen viel Geschichte dabei .

Among the attractions are the remains of the world's first hospital, where doctors learned about medicine from Hippocrates, and studied how to treat disease.
