Peneda-Gerês National Park located in northern Portugal treats visitors to untouched nature in its purest form. Hike and walk through the park to discover its array of landscapes. Granite mountains, forests, lagoons and waterfalls will leave you lost for words. These diverse habitats are home to vast amounts of fauna and flora as well as wildlife. Worthwhile stops include Soajo, the castle ruins at Castro Laboreiro and you can even bathe in thermal waters at Termas do Gerês.
