Les sols volcaniques riches en minéraux de Lanzarote sont à l'origine de vins d'exception. Cette excursion matinale vous emmène dans trois domaines viticoles pour déguster leurs vins bio primés. Vous visiterez également le Monumento al Campesino, un hommage aux traditions agricoles de l'île. Teresa, l'une de nos guides locales expertes, explique : “Les vins de notre île sont le fruit de notre ingéniosité : transformer les ravages de la nature en art, c'est ce qui relie les habitants à leur terre.”

Après la prise en charge, vous commencerez par le Monumento al Campesino, conçu par le célèbre architecte lanzarotien César Manrique. Fidèle à son style, le site mêle structures blanchies à la chaux, bulles volcaniques et plantes exotiques. Vous poursuivrez ensuite vers la bodega familiale La Geria. Ici, les vignes sont protégées du vent par des murets en pierre en forme de fer à cheval, et la cendre volcanique retient l'humidité nécessaire à leur croissance. Une visite guidée vous permettra de découvrir les secrets de production, suivie d'une dégustation de leurs célèbres vins de Malvoisie.

La visite continue à la Bodega Los Bermejos, nichée au pied du volcan Juan Bello. Ce domaine artisanal est réputé pour ses vins élaborés à partir de cépages autochtones comme la Malvasía Volcánica et le Diego. Pour conclure, vous visiterez la Bodega Suarez, un domaine authentique où vous dégusterez deux vins accompagnés de fromages locaux, pour une immersion complète dans la culture viticole de l'île.

Enjoyed the locations and the tasting. Would have enjoyed more information on the Bodegas themselves and seeing how the wines were made. There was a bit of time wasting stretching the journey.

Unter einer Weinprobe hätten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, einmal in einen Keller gehen zu können. Einer von drei Beinen war gut bis sehr gut. Der Guide hat auch sein Bestes gegeben.

Unser Guide war prima! Er hat uns viel Interessantes erzählt, uns wurde genügend Zeit zwischendurch gelassen, alles anzuschauen und auszutrinken. Der Preis erschien uns am Anfang sehr hoch, doch im Nachhinein gerechtfertigt bei den Weinpreisen der einzelnen Bodegas. Wir hatten viel Spaß, haben es genossen und können die Tour nur weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable and interesting. 8 in group, 4 couples. Really great guide, Yannik. Informative but not too much information and he was helpful in answering any additional questions from everyone. Learned about the island and geography as well as wine. Nice wine tastings, enough cheese nibbles to balance wine. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Took about 4 hours which was nice. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere,

Timanfaya volcanic tour

This half-day tour is Lanzarote in a nutshell. You'll call in at El Golfo lagoon, journey through Timanfaya National Park and visit the Salinas de Janubio. We'll even throw in a wine tasting session to round off the tour.First up, you'll visit the waters of El Golfo - it's emerald waters have starred in many a Hollywood film over the years. You'll sample one-of-a-kind local wines from La Geria, a unique wine-growing region created after the Timanfaya volcanic eruptions 300 years ago. Next up is the Salinas de Janubio salt flats where traditional methods are still in use. Seawater enters shallow basins, evaporates under the sun, and workers harvest the salt manually. These salt flats are a haven for migratory and coastal bird species.Thanks to its otherworldly natural landscape, Lanzarote was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1993. And the star of the show here is undoubtedly Timanfaya National Park. Follow the famous Lunar Route and explore lava fields, volcano craters and steaming geysers as you learn about why the whole island has achieved this special UNESCO-listed status. There's a snowy slope for sledging down, an ever-snowing igloo and an ice-rink where you can show off your triple axel – or just have a shuffle around with the crowd. Lobos Island and Dolphin Watching Trip

Isla de Lobos, or island of the wolves, is as remote and wild as they come – and your destination for the day on this rejuvenating boat trip. You'll disembark at Lobos Island where the time's yours to swim and go in search of peace and tranquillity. During the journey to and from Lanzarote, keep an eye on the dolphins, flying fish and whales that may join us for the ride.You'll set sail from Puerto del Carmen, with Lobos Island in your sights. After about an hour and a half at sea, seeking out signs of activity for dolphins and whales, you'll land on the island's idyllic shores.
