Vous vous rendez à Alfaz Del Pi par vos propres moyens, oú la cave Mendoza vous ouvre ses portes. Construit par Enrique Mendoza dans les années 1970, il allie la science moderne aux techniques ancestrales pour créer certains des meilleurs vins de la région.

Lors d'une visite guidée de leurs caves de vieillissement, vous apprendrez tout ce qu'il y a à savoir sur la variété des vins qu'ils produisent.
